Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of civil or commercial litigation experience to join our Litigation Practice Group in Concord, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will handle state and federal matters, conduct thorough research, and draft memoranda and briefs.

This position starts with an in-person commitment in Concord, with a potential hybrid arrangement after an initial period.

Qualifications

JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
3–5 years of civil or commercial litigation experience.
Practice before state and federal courts.
Active New Hampshire Bar or eligibility for admission.
Strong research, writing, and drafting skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters including case preparation, pleadings, motions, discovery, and filings.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other documents.
Assist with case strategy and litigation planning.
Analyze statutes and case law to support litigation.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and legal staff.
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff, showing initiative and independent judgment.
