Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters involving case preparation, pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist with case strategy, litigation planning, and the management of legal matters.
• Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal authorities to support litigation efforts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and case-related responsibilities efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff while demonstrating initiative and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in civil or commercial litigation.
• Experience practicing in both state and federal courts.
• Active New Hampshire Bar license or eligibility for admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent professional references.

Work Arrangement

This position is based in Concord, New Hampshire, and requires an initial in-person commitment. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered after an initial period, based on the firm's needs and the candidate's progress.
