Job summary

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of civil and commercial litigation experience, including products liability or MDL matters, and be admitted to the Minnesota Bar (or willing to become so).

You will draft and argue discovery and other motions, take depositions, manage document productions, and contribute an entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of civil/commercial litigation experience in a mid-size or large law firm.
• Experience with products liability or MDL matters is a plus.
• Draft and argue discovery motions, take and defend depositions.
• Admitted to Minnesota Bar or willingness to become a member.
