The Minneapolis, MN-based law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group and contribute to a growing practice. This role offers a strong opportunity for a lateral associate to become part of a dynamic team.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of civil and complex litigation experience, exceptional oral and written advocacy, a JD from an accredited law school, and admission to the Minnesota Bar (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in civil and complex litigation matters.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar; willingness to join Minnesota Bar if admitted elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in products liability defense and other commercial litigation.
• Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
• Take and defend depositions and manage document productions.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys.
