Job summary

Nelson Mullins' Atlanta office is seeking a litigation associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate has two to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation and is admitted to the Georgia Bar.

You will draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, and contribute to active case management. Prior federal clerkship is a plus, and you will work with senior attorneys on significant business and regulatory matters across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• You have two to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation.
• Clerkship with a federal court is a plus.
• You are organized with strong advocacy and proven case management skills.
