3–6 years of litigation experience
No billable hour requirement
$140K+ base + meaningful mid-year and year-end bonuses
1/3 of their actual collections
Direct mentorship from former AmLaw partners
Genuinely family-friendly + reasonable/flexible in-office culture
For context on compensation: one associate at a $140K base is projected to take home approximately $190K this year
They're looking for someone with a strong mix of litigation experience — ideally including commercial matters — from an AmLaw firm, reputable mid-market firm, or boutique. Experience matters more than a perfect transcript.
Texas Bar required. Relocation candidates with a genuine interest in Fort Worth are absolutely welcome.
