Trustpoint.One, a boutique law firm based in Miami, Florida, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This role offers meaningful, hands-on experience with a strong work–life balance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of litigation experience and excels in research, writing, and advocacy. You will handle cases from inception through resolution and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile matters while building direct client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar (required).
• Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex and high-profile matters.
• Build direct client relationships.
