Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a Miami-based boutique firm handling complex commercial litigation and high-stakes personal injury matters, offering hands-on mentorship and an accelerated path to partnership.

We seek an experienced Litigation Associate with strong experience in complex matters. The role provides high-level case responsibility, senior-partner mentorship, business-development support and competitive compensation with bonus and origination payments.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
Top-tier academic and professional credentials.
Strong courtroom experience and comfort with depositions and hearings.
Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to handle high-stakes matters.
Bar admission in Florida.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support
Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
Conduct complex factual and legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy
Litigation support provided
Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations
Support and pursue business development and client origination efforts
