We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate or Counsel to join our Product Liability Practice Group in our Miami (Coral Gables), FL office. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with hands‑on experience in litigation to grow their careers in a supportive and fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do

As a vital member of our team, you will have hands‑on responsibility for day‑to‑day case development, including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, and drafting and arguing motions. You will also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, from trial preparation through execution.
