Qualifications

• Proficient in legal research, including case law, statutes, and procedural rules.

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills in drafting litigation documents and presenting arguments.
• Strong professional judgment, integrity, and commitment to ethical practice.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work independently or with others.
• Prior litigation or clerkship experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct litigation matters, primarily medical malpractice and health-related general liability.
• Perform legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Assist with case strategy under guidance of senior attorneys.
• Appear in court and at arbitrations or mediations as needed.
• Communicate with clients and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Engage in negotiations and help prepare for hearings and trials.
