Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice. The candidate will handle complex cases, conduct research, draft pleadings, and collaborate with senior attorneys.

Experience as a federal judicial clerk is strongly preferred. The role offers a collaborative, collegial environment with opportunities for professional growth and client-focused representation.

Active bar membership and a JD from an accredited school are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience in litigation and handling complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex and high-stakes litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation strategy and case development.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, strategic advice, and case assessments.
• Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law to provide informed representation.
