This opportunity comes as an expanding litigation team continues to build its presence following a significant strategic investment in the practice. The group is seeking an attorney interested in developing a long-term practice handling sophisticated commercial disputes and insurance coverage litigation.

The practice represents institutional clients in complex litigation, arbitration, and coverage disputes, with matters spanning commercial litigation, insurance coverage, consumer protection, regulatory issues, and class actions. While prior insurance coverage or class action experience is beneficial, the team is open to attorneys with a strong commercial litigation foundation who are interested in developing expertise in these areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial litigation or insurance coverage experience in a large law firm or comparable litigation practice
• Experience drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, and handling depositions
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience appearing in state or federal court is preferred
• License to practice in Arizona
