Job summary

Confidential Employer in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled attorney to manage insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution. You will take and defend depositions, attend court appearances and mediations, and draft essential pleadings and motions.

You will contribute to discovery, case strategy, and legal research while maintaining strong client communication and meeting deadlines. A JD, IL Bar, and 2+ years of defense experience are required, with excellent writing and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Active admission to the Illinois Bar.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively.
• Professional negligence, medical malpractice, or construction litigation experience is preferred.
• Michigan, Indiana, or Wisconsin Bar admission is a plus.

Pay:$120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
