Qualifications

• 2–5 years of practice experience in civil litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• Hands-on experience from case inception to trial and client contact.

Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans and budgets.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and discovery events with thorough reports.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
