Taylor Root is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney in the Houston area to independently manage cases from inception to resolution and lead litigation matters with minimal partner oversight.

The role requires strong case management, communication, and initiative, with trial experience preferred but not required. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 base, plus robust benefits and a hybrid schedule after a 90-day on-site period.

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience independently handling cases from inception through resolution.
• Strong case management, communication, and litigation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively move cases forward.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong academic background preferred.
