A nationally recognized litigation firm seeks experienced Litigation Associates to join its high-performing team in Houston and nearby locations. This role requires taking ownership of cases from day one in a fast-paced environment. Attorneys will handle all aspects of litigation, collaborate closely with trial attorneys, and must possess 2+ years of litigation experience. Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus)
• Comfortable working independently with minimal partner oversight
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
• Licensed and in good standing in the relevant state
• Flexible hours:

Compensation

• Base salary: $140,000 for 2–3-year associates Up to $190,000 for senior associates
• 160 billable hours/month requirement
• 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
• Discretionary profit sharing
• HSA with $1,200 annual firm contribution
• PTO: 19–29 days based on tenure Rollover and sick bank options available
