Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; active CA Bar membership.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in California state courts.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in trusts and estates and probate litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service.
