Job summary

You will work with nationally recognized trial lawyers, develop case strategy, and handle motions, research, and briefing in state and federal court. A strong writing and analytical skill set is essential, with a client-focused, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 0-6 years of litigation experience.
• Client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Critical thinking, strategic judgment, and instincts to think on your feet and work independently.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with brevity and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court
• Develop case strategy alongside partners, including discovery planning, records analysis, client interviews, and witness preparation
• Work directly with nationally recognized trial lawyers to prepare cases for trial
• Handle research and briefing in complex litigation
