Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-6 years of litigation experience.
• Client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with brevity and influence decisions.
• Experience taking depositions or preparing for trial is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court
