You will join a national defense litigation team handling general liability, transportation, construction, premises, product, and environmental disputes for Fortune 500 clients and others.

Qualifications

• 0-6 years of litigation experience.
• Client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Critical thinking, strategic judgment, and instincts to think on your feet and work independently.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with brevity and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court.
• Develop case strategy alongside partners, including discovery planning, records analysis, client interviews, and witness preparation.
• Work directly with nationally recognized trial lawyers to prepare cases for trial.
• Handle research and briefing in complex litigation.
