Job summary

Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP in Orange County, CA seeks an Associate Attorney - Litigation in Santa Ana to handle high-exposure defense work and work within a national defense litigation firm.

Associate Attorney - Litigation (Santa Ana, CA)

Core defense litigation work in the Orange County office

General liability, transportation, construction, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, toxic tort, and environmental litigation for clients ranging from global corporations to local businesses.

What you will do

• Take and defend depositions

• Develop case strategy alongside partners, including discovery planning, records analysis, client interviews, and witness preparation
• Work directly with nationally recognized trial lawyers to prepare cases for trial
• Handle research and briefing in complex litigation

• Compensation: $130,000-$180,000 base salary, depending on experience
