Job summary

Qualifications

1–7+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment; newly licensed Arizona attorneys welcome.
Proficient in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and direct client interfacing.
Experience taking/defending depositions, court appearances, and mediations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle a range of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Perform legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and file court documents.
Argue motions in court, attend mediations, and participate in trials as needed.
Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategy and achieve successful outcomes.
