Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of business litigation and product liability matters.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and case management conferences.
• Manage discovery, including document review, analysis, and strategy.
• Work directly with clients, insurers, and experts.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness outlines, and case strategy.
• Research complex legal issues and collaborate with partners on case development.
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters.
