Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience at a large firm or sophisticated boutique
• J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
• Licensed in Florida
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting
• Outstanding references
• Experience in federal court

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence at the federal court level
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking depositions
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
