Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or general liability.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in premises liability, general liability and personal injury defense.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions.
• Work with clients, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop case strategy and manage litigation budgets.
• Prepare for mediation, arbitration, and trial when appropriate.
