Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP, a leader in creditors’ rights law, seeks an Associate Attorney (Litigation) in Louisiana. This role reports to the Managing Attorney and involves representing financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings within a fast-paced, tech-forward team.

Ideal candidates will have Louisiana bar admission, 3+ years in litigation, strong writing and analytical skills, and a drive for excellence.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Louisiana (required).
3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation.
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Responsibilities

Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
