Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Licensed Louisiana attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience preferred will thrive in a collaborative, data-driven firm that values innovation, professional growth, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Louisiana (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
