Qualifications

• Active admission to the California bar.
• 2-7 years litigation experience, including client intake, mediation and trial.
• Experience working with plaintiffs on their cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support settlement negotiations and mediation proceedings to help clients achieve favorable and efficient resolutions.
• Prepare case strategy, evaluate claims, and collaborate directly with clients throughout the dispute resolution process.
• Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and occasional court appearances, gaining meaningful courtroom exposure.
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution while developing a well-rounded skill set in both advocacy and alternative dispute resolution.
