O'Hagan Meyer in Charlotte seeks a litigation associate with 3-4 years of experience in employment, general liability, professional liability, products liability, real estate, HOA/Condo, or class actions to play a significant role in all aspects of the complex litigation process.

Qualifications

• Requires legal research, drafting of pleadings, motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in mediation, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance.
