Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in commercial/general liability litigation.
• Experience in mass torts, class actions, or professional liability defense is a plus.
• Admission to the Delaware bar is required; Ohio admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions; represent clients in mediation.
• Draft and respond to discovery; assist in trial preparation and trial.
