You will handle motion practice, pleadings, and discovery across 40+ matters, and work closely with two senior attorneys on strategy and case management.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience (sweet spot 2–3 years).
• Strong background in motion practice, legal drafting, discovery and client communication.
• Self-starter who is reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable handling a heavy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Handle motion practice, general pleadings, and discovery across 40+ matters.
• Litigate primarily in state court with regular courtroom appearances.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and communicate with clients throughout a case.
• Work independently while collaborating with two senior attorneys on strategy and case management.
