Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

The team handles a steady, high volume docket, giving associates real courtroom reps and hands on experience much faster than they'd typically get at a larger, more generalized firm. Job Details

• Handle motion practice, general pleadings, and discovery across a caseload of approximately 40+ matters
• Litigate primarily in state court, with regular courtroom appearances
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and communicate directly with clients throughout the life of a case
• Work independently while collaborating closely with two senior attorneys on strategy and case management

Required

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience (sweet spot is 2 to 3 years)
• Strong background in motion practice, legal drafting, discovery, and client communication
• A self starter who's reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable managing a heavy caseload

Preferred

• Experience in creditor rights, mortgage, real property, foreclosure, evictions, or other financial institution related litigation
• Courtroom experience, whether through trials, hearings, or regular motion calendars
• General familiarity with real property or foreclosure law is a plus, though not required
