Qualifications

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy docket and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage an active civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution or trial
• Conduct depositions, defend clients at hearings, and participate in trial as lead or supporting counsel
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and dispositive filings
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; communicate regularly on case strategy and status
• Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys while managing your own deadlines independently
• Engage with experts, opposing counsel, and court staff with professionalism and precision
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment across matters
