Saxton & Stump is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney for our Charleston, South Carolina office. You will develop a diverse litigation practice, primarily with the Family Law Group, while supporting Business Litigation and Employment Law matters.

The attorney will work with senior attorneys on family law, business and employment matters, gaining hands-on experience and opportunities for professional growth, with a target of 1,800 billable hours annually.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. degree is required.
• Active SC license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience with a focus on family, business, or employment matters.

• Represent clients in family law, business litigation, and employment matters from initial consultation through resolution.
• Assist with divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, support, and related issues.
• Handle general business disputes, contract disputes, and other civil litigation matters.
