Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil litigation matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategies and work collaboratively with senior attorneys.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
