Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in large law firms or sophisticated boutique settings.
• Employment litigation experience preferred, but talented attorneys with substantive litigation experience and interest in an employment practice will be considered.
• Strong academic credentials.
• South Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain South Carolina licensure.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in employment disputes in state and federal court, including employer counseling and workplace investigations.
• Take ownership of discovery, depositions, and hearings.
• Work closely with clients and partners to manage relationships and strategy.
• Drive litigation strategy and argue motions on behalf of clients.
