Qualifications

• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of complex commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other written submissions for state and federal courts.
• Manage discovery, including document review, production, and e‑discovery coordination.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analytical memoranda.
• Participate in deposition preparation and potentially attend depositions or hearings.
• Work closely with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy.
• Maintain organized case management and deadlines across multiple matters.
