Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research aligned with case requirements.
• Prepare case summaries and recommendations.
• Ensure filings meet court requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of legal documents.
• Execute assigned work without procedural deviation.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests; prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Review and organize evidentiary materials; maintain discovery documentation.
• Provide case updates within defined timelines; respond to client inquiries promptly.
