Job summary

Cogent Talent Solutions is seeking an Associate Attorney – Litigation to oversee civil litigation matters within established legal, procedural, and financial frameworks. Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Conduct legal research aligned with case requirements.
Prepare case summaries and recommendations.
Ensure filings meet court requirements and deadlines.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of legal documents.
Execute assigned work without procedural deviation.
Draft and respond to discovery requests; prepare for and conduct depositions.
Review and organize evidentiary materials; maintain discovery documentation.
Provide case updates within defined timelines; respond to client inquiries promptly.
