You will handle sophisticated, high-exposure matters and work closely with the leader of FMG’s National Trial Advocacy Practice Section and On-Call Trial Team, gaining direct client interaction and courtroom exposure from inception through trial.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing preferred.
• Experience in complex, high-exposure civil litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy with senior trial attorneys.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trials; argue substantive motions.
• Collaborate across offices and practice areas to deliver client service.
