Job summary

You will appear in court, file pleadings, and drive strategy from filing through resolution while coordinating with paralegals and staff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, strong advocacy and writing skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license to practice law.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in creditors' rights, collections, or financial services litigation preferred but not required.
• Strong courtroom and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a large portfolio of commercial and consumer collection cases throughout all phases of litigation
• Handle court appearances, hearings, and related proceedings in both virtual and in-person settings
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
• Develop case strategy and provide regular updates and legal guidance to clients
• Partner with attorneys and operational leadership on workflow improvements, firm initiatives, and practice development efforts
• Work alongside a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff to efficiently manage case progression
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering timely and effective legal representation
