Job summary

Creditors Rights Group is seeking Georgia Associates with civil litigation experience to represent national banks and financial institutions. You will handle all phases of litigation from suit preparation to judgment execution, within a team in a high-volume environment and using software to manage caseloads.

Ideal candidates understand Georgia civil procedure, can work collaboratively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Georgia civil litigation required.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure.
• Familiarity with Georgia court systems and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review evidence for loan contracts, invoices, financial statements, and related records.
• Process legal communications to courts, counsel, or defendants.
• Update cases in our software system following firm policies.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve cases where possible.
• Process incoming/outgoing legal documents to and from parties.
• Coordinate with operations to move cases through the courts.
• Attend hearings via Zoom or in-person as needed.
