Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience
• Experience in insurance defense, general liability, or similar litigation work
• Strong background in depositions, discovery, and motion practice
• Trial experience or meaningful trial exposure strongly preferred
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Requirements

• Active bar admission in Vermont and/or New Hampshire, or ability to waive in
• Massachusetts bar admission strongly preferred
• Additional bar admissions are a significant plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
