Location:

Duties:

Handle a wide range of litigation tasks in commercial and construction-related matters

Attend court hearings and status conferences

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda

Participate in trial preparation and active motion practice

Work closely with team members, clients, and support staff to manage caseload efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation

Background in construction law is strongly preferred

Ability to handle case responsibilities with minimal supervision

Demonstrated interest in growing a career in litigation

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
