Qualifications

• Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of commercial or complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership on matters, assist in case management, and help shape case strategy.
• Advise a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce.
• Collaborate with partners and teams, with frequent client interaction and high-impact work.
• Contribute to managing complex, high-stakes litigation including trade secrets, blockchain and AI matters.

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking highly qualified 4th-7th year Associates to join our fast-growing Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley.

Associates will take ownership on matters, assist in case management, and help shape case strategy while advising a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce.

The ideal candidates will have experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation. We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated expertise in trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI and other emerging technologies.

The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week. The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location. The salary range for our Associate position is $310,000-420,000.
