Qualifications

• 2–4 years of litigation experience required.
• Significant experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Superior legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and academic credentials.
• Judicial clerkship experience valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Member of the Washington Bar or eligible to sit for the Bar.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex litigation matters.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings and other filings.
• Support matters through all stages of the litigation process.
• Assist with discovery and case development.
• Contribute to litigation strategy with partners and senior attorneys.
• Work collaboratively within a West Coast litigation team.
• Take increasing responsibility as experience develops.
