Job summary

Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney for its Seattle office. The firm emphasizes a collaborative, team approach to delivering high-quality legal services and seeks candidates with strong research and writing skills and superior academic credentials.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of civil litigation experience, be licensed to practice in Washington, and be prepared to support the litigation department across complex commercial litigation,

Qualifications

Ability to work closely with multiple attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

Draft, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents for senior attorneys.
Research and analyze complex legal issues.
Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs and other legal documents.
Manage discovery, including ESI and document productions and review.
Assist with trial preparation and trial support as needed.
Perform due diligence in contracts, agreements, and M&A matters.
Communicate professionally with clients.
Conduct depositions and motions practice; attend court hearings.
Work independently to achieve client objectives.
