Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Manage discovery, conduct depositions, and participate in oral arguments.
• Assist with trial preparation, litigation strategy, and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on sophisticated commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on complex legal issues.
