Burstyn Law is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in a hands-on role handling complex, high-stakes business litigation across state and federal courts, predominantly in Miami and also in New York. Qualifications

• Admitted and in good standing with The Florida Bar
• 4-8 years of complex commercial or business litigation experience
• Demonstrated drafting, legal research, and oral advocacy skills
• Proficiency with document review platforms, such as Relativity
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
• Works well both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Must strictly follow the Application Instructions below

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy in coordination with the team at every phase of a matter
• Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, briefs, and other substantive filings, and argue motions before the court
• Conduct and defend fact witness and expert depositions, manage and litigate discovery disputes
• Counsel clients and serve as a point of contact throughout the litigation lifecycle
