Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of litigation experience in a law firm or clerkship.
• Experience in complex commercial, corporate, real estate, land use, construction, and securities matters.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and take ownership.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Client-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witnesses.
• Lead and manage written discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Work closely with clients to develop case strategy and provide practical business-oriented advice.
