Qualifications

• Experience communicating with clients and case strategy
• Depositions, mediations/arbitrations, and court hearings experience preferred
• Federal or state clerkship experience a plus
• Trial experience preferred but not required
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys across the Litigation Department on a broad range of matters (banking and finance, real estate and construction, insurance, business torts, class actions)
• Manage a diverse litigation caseload with meaningful client interaction
• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from discovery through trial as needed
